Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider

Microsoft 365 for the enterprise, from licensing to ongoing administration

ILS Networks is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. We supply the licensing, run the migration off your on-premise environment, and administer the tenant once the move is done — one party throughout.

Overview

Moving to the cloud is an infrastructure project, not a licence purchase

Most organizations are not stuck on whether to move to Microsoft 365, but on how to move without breaking what works: enterprise mail, file servers, permissions, and the systems that generate automated mail. Those layers depend on each other, and migrations fail precisely at the joins.

We treat it like any other infrastructure change: map what exists, plan in stages, pilot with one group, and define a way back at every step. Licensing is bought through us as a CSP, so the party planning the move also holds the licensing and the support afterwards.

What the service covers

Licensing, migration and administration under one party

CSP licensing

  • Microsoft 365 licensing bought through ILS as a Cloud Solution Provider
  • The plan matched to actual need, not to the largest bundle
  • Seat changes and plan moves handled with one party
  • Billing and account management through an Israeli vendor

Migration

  • Mail migration from on-premise Exchange to Microsoft 365
  • File server migration into the cloud workplace
  • Staged move with a pilot group and a defined way back
  • Permission structure redesigned before the move, not after

Administration and hardening

  • Ongoing administration of the tenant, users and permissions
  • Hardening of the Microsoft 365 environment and access policy
  • Preparation for information-security requirements set by external bodies
  • 24/7 support alongside the rest of the infrastructure

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between buying Microsoft 365 directly and buying through a CSP?

ILS Networks is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, which means licensing is bought through us rather than directly from Microsoft. In practice: one party holds the licensing, the tenant and the support, instead of splitting them between a license reseller, a support vendor and an internal team. Seat changes and plan moves are handled with us.

What does a migration from on-premise Exchange to Microsoft 365 look like?

It starts with mapping: mailbox count and size, routing rules, DNS records and any system that generates mail. A staged migration plan follows — a pilot group first, then the rest of the organization once it is verified — with a defined way back. We delivered exactly this move at Galmarine, from on-premise Exchange 2019 to Microsoft 365.

Do you migrate file servers to SharePoint or OneDrive as well?

Yes. A workplace migration covers the file layer, not only mail. At Combe we migrated the full workplace environment to Microsoft 365. Permissions and structure are designed before the move — copying an old folder tree across as-is is the reliable way to bring its problems with it.

Can you help us meet information-security requirements set by external bodies?

Yes. At Combe we prepared the organization to meet information-security requirements set by government institutions. In practice that is a combination of tenant hardening, access policy, documentation, and matching the specific requirements of the body the organization works with.

Do you administer the tenant after the migration?

Yes. Ongoing administration covers users and permissions, tracking platform changes, fault handling and adjusting licensing as needed — either as part of the managed IT service or on its own.

Does ILS Networks work with organizations in Israel?

Yes. ILS Networks is an Israeli IT infrastructure company operating since 2009, with 24/7 support. Organizations we have moved to Microsoft 365 include Combe and Galmarine.

Considering a move to Microsoft 365?

A short technical call with the team: what runs today, what is critical, and what it takes to move in an orderly way — no commitment.
