Information submitted with an inquiry

When you use the website inquiry form, we may receive the information you voluntarily enter.

• ✓ Name and company
• ✓ Phone number or email address
• ✓ The content of your inquiry
• ✓ Landing page, referrer, and campaign parameters, when present

How the information is used

We use this information to review and respond to the inquiry, understand the professional need, and perform basic measurement of which marketing channels produce inquiries.

You do not have to use the form. You can contact us directly by phone or email.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand, in aggregate, how it is used and to measure how well our advertising works. After you accept in the cookie notice, these services set cookies in your browser (for example _ga and _ga_ followed by the measurement ID) to tell visitors apart and to measure return visits and enquiries.

These cookies are not required for the site to function, and they are set only after you accept. Until you accept, or if you decline, the Google tag runs in a restricted state (Consent Mode): no cookies are stored, and Google receives only technical signals with no identifier stored on your device, such as that a page was viewed or an enquiry was sent, for aggregate measurement. Declining also removes cookies that were set earlier. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Separately, the site keeps the landing page, referrer and any campaign parameters in sessionStorage, including the Google Ads click identifier if you arrived from an ad. These are not cookies, they are cleared when the tab closes, and they are sent only if you choose to submit the inquiry form, so we know which channel it came from. We may report to Google Ads that an enquiry came from an ad using that click identifier only, without your name, phone or email.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. When the form service is enabled, submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms. Traffic and advertising are measured with Google Analytics and Google Ads, and with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.

These providers may process technical information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle an inquiry, maintain a business relationship and business records, or meet legal obligations.
